| A-BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS |

| A-1: The firm shall sell and the client shall purchase the service in accordance with any quotation or offer of the firm, subject in either case to these conditions, which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other term and conditions subject to which any quotation is accepted or purported to be accepted by the passenger. |

| A-2: A contract will only come into being upon the acceptance of the firm of the reservation and the following conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated in the contract. The client accepts these terms and conditions by placing the reservation, booking with the provider via but not limited to the providers website, via telephone or via any representative agent. |

| A-3: The contract will be subject to these conditions. The firm reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice at its sole discrestion. |
| |
| A-4: No reservation submitted by the client shall be deemed to be accepted by the firm unless or until confirmed by writing, email or telephone. |
| |
| A-5: No variations to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by email, telephone or otherwise between the authorize representations of the client and the firm. |
| |
| A-6: Where the firm has quoted a price for the service other than in accordance with the firm published price list, the price quoted shall be valid for 24 hours only. |
| |
| A-7: The firm reserves the right to use the services of contractors or sub-contractors to provide services to the client. |
| |
| A-8: Reservations made for services on the following dates will be subject to an additional Sur charge: 24 December after 1800hrs, all day 25 & 26 December and 31 December after 18.00hrs, all day 01 January. Other bank holidays also incur a small charge. (Prices are available by calling 020 83720143) |

| A-9: A maximum waiting time of 30 minutes for address collections and 2hrs for airport collections will be allocated, where upon non contact with passengers will classify the reservation as a no show and will be subject to a full charge. |

| B-1: Dolphin Transfers Ltd prices are based on the client being ready to travel at the booked time. Clients must book their airport transfer in accordance with check in times provided by their relevant airline. |
| |
| B-2: All meets are apart from airport pick ups are free for the first 10 minutes, there after a charge of 30 pence per minute will apply. Airport meets have 60 minutes free waiting. |
| |
| B-3: In the event the client can not locate the driver at the airport terminal, the passenger must call dolphin transfers and inform the firm of the situation. In the event the client does not inform the firm and leaves the meeting point, the client will be fully charged. |
| |
| B-3: Dolphin Transfers Ltd or its contracted drivers will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to luggage or its content. Clients are responsible for loading /unloading at all times. Dolphin Transfers driver have the right to refuse any client if He/She deems the client to be carrying excess/undeclared luggage which should result in the vehicle being unsafe to drive. |

| D-4: From time to time a representative may give advice on journey times etc, these are not binding. As traffic, whether etc can adversely affect traveling times and cannot be predicted by the representative. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

| C-1: Cancellations must be informed to Dolphin Transfers by giving at least 24hours notice. |
| |
| C-2: Charges are as follows: 24hours or more notice given, £5 charge applies. |
| |
| C-3: In the event the client cancels by giving less than 24 hours notice, full charge applies. |
| |
| C-4: In the event a client books an airport pick up and does not make contact with the driver or dolphin transfers representative within 2 hours of landing. This will be consider as no show and will be fully chargeable. |

| GENERAL TERMS |
| |
| D-1 No waiver by the firm of any breach of the contract by the client shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. |

| D-2 The contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. |
